Just Talking

[michael]

"Thanks." Michael nodded to the waitress before she left and then turned back to Crystal. "Yeah, I'm not sure if I'm really ready to start dating after those few years following my school graduation. I don't know. Maybe I will soon." He replied, naturally. The real answer was that he wasn't sure about his feeling towards Crystal and didn't want to ruin anything they had by starting dating again. But he wasn't even sure about how he felt about her and wasn't ready to start addressing it seriously anyways.

[Crystal Jacobs]

Crystal nodded. "I understand," said Crystal with a smile. "Anyway. I'm beginning to think that there are starting to be more werewolves than there are vampires. I mean, I, at least, haven't seen as many as I normally have."

[michael]

Michael nodded, "Yeah, I know. But I guess it makes the job easier for us anyways." He shrugged. "But there will always be a vampire in the country. So as long as I don't have to start looking for another job, I'm good." He said. "Oh and by the way, how's the whole Order thing going?" He asked casually. "I mean, what exactly do you do? I've been thinking about joining it, but I'm not exactly entirely sure what it is in the first place."

[Crystal Jacobs]

"I don't know if I can explain it very well. First off, the Order is something against the Dark Lord. We try and make plans to go against him," said Crystal. "I know I'm bad at explaining, but you get it, right?"

[michael]

Michael nodded. "Yeah, I think I get that much. But...I don't know." He shrugged again. "Maybe I'll join and check it out soon or something. I just want to help get all of these Death Eaters dealt with and this whole thing over with before it gets worse."

[Crystal Jacobs]

"Believe me. This whole ordeal is going to get worse before it gets better. I mean deatheaters attacked the Order Headquarters. That right there tells you that," said Crystal. "We don't have that many Aurors and it seems like the Death Eaters out number us."

[michael]

"Whoa. Really? They attacked your whole headquarters and everything?" Michael asked, shocked that they would be so bold to make a full-out attack like that. "Well, if you need extra manpower, then I am definitely going to join." He said in a determined tone. "I didn't think it gotten that bad yet, really."

[Crystal Jacobs]

"Well, there was only four of them, but still. Nathan was one of them, although, he didn't attack any of the Order members. He turned and hit the leader of the group. Another man with them, a blond man, did the same, and then they left. The blond haired man was going to attack Vincent Corrigan, but Emily Alchemia jumped infront of the spell, and let it hit her instead. I don't think the man wanted to hurt anybody. Although the woman that was leading them, attacked Emily and she was the only one hurt," said Crystal. "After that, that's when Nathan and the other man attacked the leader. The other man that was with them. Tyler I think was his name, tried to attack Dumbledore, but Dumbledore wasn't hurt."

[michael]

"Well, I mean, I knew Nathan and them attacked you guys, I just didn't know they directly attacked your headquarters." Michael said, raising his eyebrows. "But how's that Emily girl now? She didn't get seriously hurt or anything did she?" He asked.

[Crystal Jacobs]

Crystal shrugged. "I think she went to St. Mungo's. Other than that I don't know. I don't think she was seriously injuried though."

[Becky Stanton]

Becky returned with their sandwiches. "Here you go," she said cheerfully. "Let me know if you need anything else." She set their plates in front of them, then hurried back off to the kitchen.

[michael]

Michael took his sandwich and took a bite out of it, all of a sudden much hungrier than he had been. "Well, that's good, I guess. But I'm definitely joining. I feel stupid, sitting here and doing nothing. So first thing tomorrow, I'm gonna join for sure." He smiled at his decision.

[Crystal Jacobs]

"Good choice," said Crystal with a smile. "And who says that joining the order won't make you any less stupid than you already are," she asked with amusement. "Kidding. Just kidding," she said with a laugh.

[michael]

Michael gasped and looked at her with a fake hurt expression. "Crystal! Take it back!" He grinned, laughing a little bit. "Okay, it may not make me any less stupid," He admitted, still grinning. "But at least it'll make me appear less stupid."

[Crystal Jacobs]

Crystal laughed. "Yeah, you make appear less stupid, but hey, I know the truth," she said smiling. "And I'm proud of you admitting that," she added with a laugh.

[michael]

"Yep." Michael laughed, "Just try to contain yourself from spreading the word." He grinned, taking another bite out of his sandwich. "That's okay though. At least when I'm around you I'll look a little bit more professional, I suppose." He chuckled again.

[Crystal Jacobs]

"Yeah, I'll try to contain myself from spreading it," said Crystal with a smile. "Although I don't know how well that will work." Crystal took a drink. "So what, are you saying that you look more professional around me, because I look more stupid? I mean, I do take offense to that you know," she said. Crystal then laughed. "You know, we sound like a couple of kids."

[michael]

Michael laughed, "No, I was just saying that because you look more professional, hanging out with you would make me look professional too. I'm supposed to be the stupid one here, remember?" He grinned. "Yeah, we do sound like kids." He took another bite out of his sandwich.

[Crystal Jacobs]

Crystal laughed. "Well, speaking of kids, would you like to stop by my house of dinner? Tiffy always cooks more than needed and most of the time we end up throwing it out."

[michael]

"Yeah, sure. That'd be great." Michael nodded. "I'll get to meet Colby and get to know him better and I can finally put Tiffy's cooking to the test." He said with a grin. "What time should I come by?" He asked, smiling.
