Out For a Drink

She smiled once more and allowed Jake to spin her, her dress twirling around her legs like a fan. She watched him carefully as she moved, allowing him to keep his grip on her even though her body screamed at being touched by inferior hands.

The song came to an end and although another was starting up, she broke free of his touch and headed back to the bar where she ordered a Petite Mort. Looking over her shoulder to see if Jake had followed her she grinned.

Jake smiled as they danced then when Bellatrix left to go to the bar, he followed her. "That was fun." He said to her, after ordering a firewhiskey.

He drank some of it then put the glass down and watched her.

She finished her drink in one shot and smiled at him. "It was," she admitted against her better judgment. "Unfortunately I have to call it a night. Busy day tomorrow," she lied. She just didn't want to do anything with this man that she would later regret, and she knew when she was about to do something stupid. Kissing him lightly on the cheek she thanked him for the drinks and sauntered off towards the door.

Jake finished up his firewhiskey after she kissed him on the cheek then hurried up to catch her. "Are we going to see each other again?" He asked her getting up to her.

"I suppose we will," she said, still heading for the door. Her hips swayed when she walked and she turned her head ever so slightly to the side to see the look on Jake's face. She knew he wanted her and that made her smile.

Jake smiled as she walked away, slowly checking her out. She was beautiful and mysterious, just what he liked in a woman. "Then I'll be waiting." He said to her before she walked out.
