Emily arrived at the house before Vincent so she could take all the charms off the house. Once she finished her task, she walked into the house. It was just as she had left it. No missing items, everything was clean and in place. Of course it was impossible for anyone to have seen the house when it had the charms on it. Emily decided to relax a little. She stretched out on the couch.

Vincent approached the house where he would be staying with Emily. Once he was sure she had removed the charms, he went inside and found her sitting on the couch. He grinned. "Honey, I'm home!" he said, laughing. He looked around. "The place looks great. You did a great job."

Emily laughed. "Thanks." she said getting up and kissing his cheek. "Lets see, upstairs is nothing but bedrooms and 2 baths. Downstairs is the kitchen, the living room, a study/library, 2 baths, and the dining room."

"Wow," Vincent said. "It's pretty big... has more rooms than we need. If necessary, maybe we could help anyone else who needs to hide out for a while. You know, after we've settled in," he added with a grin. "So... can you cook at all, or should I?"

"Yeah, that's what I was thinking about." said Emily. "Well, I can cook spaghetti, and some other stuff, but nothing really fancy." she said shrugging.

"Yeah, I'm not much better. Although, my Muggle father showed me how to cook on a grill... he said that's how 'real men' cook, and I'm pretty good with that. Maybe I'll show you sometime." He smiled and put his arm around her shoulders. "Did you talk to your friend about joining the new Auror army?"

Emily laughed. "Well, I sent him an owl. He said that he would be happy to join, and that he's in the process of seeing who all wants to join." she said leaning against him.
