As soon as Charles had a moment alone, he wrote up a quick, cryptic message and sent it out on an owl to Isabella's cabin. The owl flew deep into the forest, disappeared into the protective barrier, and came to a stop outside Isabella's window. Then it tapped on the glass with its beak and waited for the window to open.

Isabella was sleeping fitfully. She was having horrible dreams of Voldemort holding her son, laughing coldly while holding her back with one hand. Behind him, Voltaire and Tai Lee were hanging all over each other and laughing. Then Wesley came and was banging on the door, demanding that she give him the locket back...
She sat up abruptly. It had just been a dream... so why did she still hear the tapping noise? She looked over and saw the owl tapping at her window. Immediately, she jumped out of bed and opened the window, letting the owl inside. The bird fluttered in and landed on the table by the bed. Isabella sat down on the bed and removed the letter from the bird's leg. With shaking hands, she read the note:
Tonight. In the Graveyard. Come alone. I'll bring you to him.
--CM
Isabella dropped the note on the floor and got dressed in a hurry. Ten minutes later, she rushed out of the house without a second thought.
