"Brilliant," Bellatrix replied happily. "It's such an important cause. You know, with our resources and influence its so important that we identify the proper philanthropy groups to associate with. I'm sure you'd make a wonderful addition to the team and you'd be helping so many young women. I still can't believe that madman managed to take so many defenseless girls," Bella added, playing on Christine's concerns. 

She sighed. "All the more reason we need to learn to fight, and help others who aren't able to fight for themselves." She smiled then at Christine. "So weekly sessions it is."

Christine was well aware of the dividing caste system between purebloods and muggle-born practitioners of magic. While she doubted very few pureblooded wizards and witches actually existed anymore, some clung to the status and looked down their nose at others.

Christine wasn't a part of that, nor did she want any part of that. But Bella did not portray the situation or the cause in such a light, and it was easy to accept her words. Christine would learn to defend herself and others from the cruelties of others.

Ironically Bella was teaching her the very spells that she would have used against the Death Eaters a year ago.
