It was very rare that they had a singer on stage who was actually good, so of course Savannah caught Nathalia's attention.
Of course, it was even rarer that a young girl would wander in and make doe eyes at Cameron, so she'd caught Nat's attention even before she started singing. She kept telling Cameron that he was wasting his talents at a bar like this, that he could make a killing in tips if he went somewhere hipper. He usually just turned it around on her and said the same thing, to which she disagreed, and they would leave it at that.
But Cameron was now looking at the girl like he was in love, and she couldn't resist sliding up next to him and nudging him, wiggling her eyebrows. He blushed deeply.
When Savannah finished her song, Nat raised her hands above her head and cheered loudly, clapping. "Cameron, get that girl a free drink."

Savannah was oblivious to all of this. Her knees were wobbling and she wasn’t even really sure how she managed to stay upright throughout the whole song. She wished she had chosen something shorter.
She smiled shyly in Cameron’s direction as she made her way off the stage and back to the bar. “I should have chosen a shorter song. I probably bored everyone to tears,” she said. “And I was getting a little pitchy toward the end. But it was fun. I’m glad I did it.”
She was glad she had come to this little dive bar, too. She could say how she had liked the drink and the chance to sing on the stage, or even just how it was better than spending Hogsmeade day at the cemetery or checking that her uncle and cousin hadn’t died of alcohol poisoning, but the truth was, she was really just glad to see Cameron again.
