Barty turned in his bed and opened his eyes to give his cousin a pointed look. "Enjoying the glittter? Honestly if I didn't get away sooner, I thought it was going to suffocate me. That crap gets everywhere." He said, gesturing to his hands that were very obviously a little sparkly. And that was after washing his hands a three times.
"Please, for the love of merlin, tell me those aren't mandatory." He asked Avery then, laying flat on his back again. He would rather die than sit through a sing-a-long with the rest of camp. They were lucky they had Collins as a counselor. The three of them could get away with so much since the older, newly graduated Slytherin was pretty careless when it came to his "charges". Maybe they could sneak away tonight.
Barty glanced at Seth who was reading in his bed and wondered how to voice his thoughts without Seth hearing him. He didn't know the other Slytherin well and didn't know if he would turn them in for sneaking off.
"So, Hogsmeade's not that far off a walk. I hadn't realized how close we would be." He said, thinking along the same lines as the boys had been before he showed up.

Avery glanced at Seth, then back at Barty. "Yeah, I'm definitely not into the sing-a-long," he said. "Maybe we should just go to bed early tonight. All this fresh air and crap is making me tired."
As he said this, however, he was giving Barty a meaningful look, nodding his head slightly.
"I guess we are pretty close to Hogsmeade," he said with a shrug. "I hadn't thought about it." Then he mouthed the word, "Tonight."
Hopefully, Barty would get his meaning.

((Where's Evan been?))
Barty listened to Avery talk and wondered if the Slytherin had the same thoughts he did. Maybe they could have some fun at camp after all. As he mouthed 'tonight', Barty smirked and nodded, catching on easily. He glanced at Rosier and then at Seth and let out a sigh. He wished he could convince them to go out now. He wasn't doing so well at this camp. He spent most of his days cursing his father for making him go.
