We should definitely plan something big for the boards. Something for students and adults separately or together. It should definitely involve death eaters and perhaps a visit from Voldy himself. I was thinking maybe a mass attack whenever the third task or fourth task was going on. Or maybe an attack when all the kids are visiting Hogsmeade...again. I know this already happened but perhaps this time the Death Eaters maybe planned better this time and it was a total surprise. Then we could definitely incorporate more chaos and by the time the aurors got there, it was hell. Sounds fun to me anyway  Anyways, it was just an idea and I'd really like to get some use out of all my characters if I could. What does everyone think? |

Well, we've had some things in the works that we keep putting off because everyone's been busy. The tournament has a planned ending, but we need Sam and Gage for that. But we were going to have a couple of other things... a smallish attack on the Ministry itself, during which certain key people would be either kidnapped or Imperio'd. We're also supposed to have a massive, site-wide Imperius attack at some point, so it'll get to the point where no one knows who to trust anymore. I definitely need volunteers for the last two things. |

I'd definitely like to get involved with the last two things.
I have Hestia who's training to be an auror. She's also a seventh year. So she could be either kidnapped or imperio'd? Or she could be there for the planned attack on the ministry.
Jaden works at Gringotts and he's a deatheater. So maybe he could help with the imperius rampage.
Ariana is also a deatheater and she's a healer at St. Mungo's. She could Imperio a whole bunch of patients.
Maybe offer up Emmeline or Iris for kidnapping or the Imperius?

I like the idea of Hestia being put under the imperius curse, or fighting in the attack... either one. Both death eaters could be useful in either of those attacks.
Students and adults alike will be hit with the imperius curse, also... I really envision mass chaos. So anyone you want to offer up will be welcome. heheh.
(Can I just say Dylan will be absolutely freaking out if Iris is Imperio'd? Lol)

The fact that Dylan would be freaking out if that happened to Iris makes me happy. I love Dylan. Lol. I think I literally clapped when I saw that. So, I'm down for Iris being under the Imperius and Hestia either being Imperio'd or fighting. I'll offer Emmeline for anything Exactly when is this taking place? Are we waiting for some of the other regs. to come back? |

I do want to wait until a few more of our regulars are available, but I don't want to wait *too* long. We need to coordinate and plan it. Remember that the victims don't necessarily have to be people who are strategically important. The goal here will be to create widespread panic... to make everyone feel like they can't trust anyone, even their own loved ones. We can use this to screw up relationships, alter storylines, and just basically shake everything up. We should have fun with this and make a huge mess. This wouldn't be like the Hogsmeade attack, where it's all contained in one thread... it would happen all over the board. We need lots of volunteers for this.

*these characters would be put under as a result of the attack on the Ministry, as they are all strategically placed in the Ministry (two being department heads, one being the main receptionist, and the other being a secretary of a department head).

I have to look through my characters, see what I last had most of them doing, but I know I definitely want Bianca involved. I haven't used her lately, but she works for the Ministry. I also think it would be fun to have Milo involved; he works for the ministry as well. I'll look through my other characters, I know I should have others for this. |

It might be interesting to see how Rose reacts if Milo is Imperio'd....
Also, death eaters will be needed to put the curse on people. We need volunteers for that. Basically, since this will be widespread, none of it will happen at the same place or time. So, other than the Ministry victims, the others will all be done individually in separate threads.

These are the characters I'll offer for the Imperius curse: -Iris Ellington -Hestia Jones (I figure she could fight at the Ministry and then be Imperio'd) -Emmeline Vance And these are the Death Eaters that can help wreak havoc and all that jazz: -Ariana Frost -Jaden Kennedy (It'd be cool to see what happens between him and his brother with this) I created Marco Moore to be the cousin of Logan Moore. I kind of have a really good idea for something to happen with Marco. So I don't know who plays Logan, but they should definitely PM me |

Yeah, that's one thing I was thinking... this could be a good way to get some use out of some of our neglected characters. But don't be afraid to use major characters as well. I'd love to see some relationships get messed up as a result of this. (We can fix them later; but it will add new layers to it.)

I think Rose would have a field day if he was Imperio'd.
I have a character, Jay Tyler, I've used in one thread. He works at St. Mungo's. Would he be useful in this? He doesn't have any friends or family, but I was figuring since he works at the hospital he could have something to do there.
Ada is part of the Nivens family, so if anyone who plays any of those characters would want some fun Imperio'd times within the family, I can offer her up.
Are the people doing the curse and kidnapping all Death Eaters? Because I have Luke, who I always intended to go to the "bad side" so maybe this could be his chance?
As for the kidnapping, what ages were you guys thinking? I have Aline, a first year, and Ella, a third year. Also, I have Roxanna, fourth year, and Micah, sixth year. Any of them I'm willing for kidnapping or Imperio-ing (is that even a right use of the word? Lol).

You might be surprised about Rose. Jay is a good one. Tristan and Ariana can have fun turning their colleagues. (I've already offered up Lindsay and Galen, and possibly Lydia. The only St. Mungo's employee I have who I'm not offering is Kieran, because he has enough trouble already.) Ada is good... I'm offering Darryl, as well, and if you recall, Rosie is a DE and Nailah is an Auror... so much fun can be had there. I'd say put a hold on Luke, because I'm involving Lindsay... I'll get back to you with ideas for him. No one at the school is going to be kidnapped... that's just at the Ministry. And actually, it's really only going to be one person--Vincent (aka the Minister of Magic). And he's going to be replaced with his evil twin! But students can be Imperio'd--although I'd prefer not first years. Anyone else is fine. Again, think mass chaos... |

Andi, if it will help you (and because I am so pumped for this), if people will PM the characters they are going to use or might use, I could make a list of definite and maybes for you and then PM it to you when it's complete. I know this is going to be dragged out and spread through out the board, so I won't make note of the when and where, but I could help you go ahead and make a list of the definites and maybes? Emme, I think it might be easier if people just list the characters they're willing to offer up to be cursed in a separate thread, and I'll edit the main list as it fills in, like I do with the Celebrity Claim lists. Then we'll keep this thread as a planning thread, so we can plan out how and when each character is cursed and what kids of effects it will have.
