Niela finally breathed once he pulled away a bit further. What was wrong with her? He is just a disgusting Slytherin. She looked around, desperately searching for a way out of this. She saw her wand on the ground a short distance away and tried to reach for it. But with him pinning her legs, it was useless and just messed up her shirt more.
Merlin, if any of the other students caught them like this, she wouldn't stop hearing about it for a week. Let alone if someone like Rita found them. She already was probably never going to hear the end of the snide comments from Collin himself.
Then she realized. He was only on her legs. She could turn this around on him. She suddenly sat up, throwing her changed weight into his shoulders, knocking him back against the tree. It hurt her, a lot actually, as he would land on one of her ankles, but she still reacted, moving so she was on top of him, straddling his legs and pushing him against the tree. She grimaced slightly at the pain in her ankle, but kept on him. Her face was now very close to his as she was holding him against the tree with her elbows.
"Creative enough for you?"

"WHOA!" She flung him backwards, she was stronger than he expected her to be, and he hit the back of his head against the trunk of the tree where he hung his clothes. She pinned him against the tree and he struggled, unable to move because of her position on him.
He smirked at her though. "I've told you already you're pretty hot when pissed off right?" He winked shamelessly.

"Yeah, ya have. Now quit it. What are you gettin' at, Borgin?"
She figured him repeating that, twice now, was just him messing with her head. She wasn't going to let him do that. None of it mattered: The way he was looking at her, them being so close, his breath on her. She quickly shook her head, trying to drive the thoughts away.
"Oh... never mind. Just bugger off."
She tried to get up off of him, but her ankle rebelled, giving out under her, causing her to fall back into his lap with a small groan of pain.

He chuckled darkly as she fell back into his lap. "Not to eager to leave then? I understand I have that effect on people." He smirked. He knew he was a flirt, and yes, hitting on an angry and wet Niela McMorna was probably more dangerous than trying to climb the Whomping Willow, but hereally couldn't help himself at times.
And he had the feeling, even though they hated each other, that she was attracted to him, for none other than he was extremely good looking. His last thought was whats the worst that could happen and he closed the distance and captured her in a kiss.

"How dare yo-"
She got cut off half way through her sentence by his kiss. She was shocked by it for a second. Her mind went about a thousand different directions at once, none of them involving pull away, though. Her eyes closed and she gave into it for a while and actually began kissing him back. It was the first time anyone had ever actually kissed her, and it was amazing.
When she finally did pull away from him, it wasn't very far away. She looked up at him a second before blinking and looking around, hopeing no one saw them.
"Oh Merlin's Beard! Why did you do that? I..."
Her mind raced. Part of her wanted to run away as fast as she could. Part of her said 'Why bother? You hurt your ankle you can't out run him.' Another part was just saying to enjoy it. In the end, she just said to hell with it all and kissed him again.

He was slightly surprised she was kissing him back, he more than half expected her to punch him in the gut and storm off. Not that he was complaining.
When she kissed him again he reciprocated quickly, his hand going to her back and his fingers in her hair. He pushed forward off the tree and pressed her against the ground like they had been before. When he pulled back for air, his classic smirk was on his face. "Well this is an interesting development," he said.

"You had to ruin it by talking, didn't you?"
She wasn't even sure if she was joking about that statement or not. Suddenly her mind started searching for excuses to get out of this situation.
"This is such a bad idea. I mean, what if one of our house mates sees us? Or if a teacher catches us?"
She tried to move but it only resulted in two things. A: Her realizing he had once again pinned her to the ground and B: her ankle hurting her again. She winced in pain.
"I think I need to go to the hospital wing."

He laughed at that. "Teachers don't care unless its in class and as for housemates," he exagerated as he looked around the grounds. "No one's hear now," he grinned slyly.
He was hovering over her and was going to kiss her again when she winced. "Klutz," he teased, rolling off of her. He went to his robes and pointed to her ankle, wondering if he remembered the right spell to heal a sprained ankle.

Healing magic was, in her opinion, one of the most difficult forms of magic. She remembered back to Charms class where they were practicing basic healing on animals and remembered how her poor lizard's skin, instead of healing the cut, had ended up sprouting fur. And her mistake wasn't the worst in the class.
She cringed when he pointed the wand at her ankle.
"Oh please don't! I don't want it to end up worse than it is!"

"Shh," Collin waved her off. He knew what he was doing, he just had to remember how. "If I can't be seen making out with you by the lake, you really think I'm going to help you up to the hospital wing?" He rose an eyebrow at her.
After a minute, the spell came to him, and he pointed his wand at Niela's ankle. Instantly the redness and swelling went down, which Collin appreciated because he was only 50% sure it would work. The other 50 was that her foot would turn into an Elephant's foot.
He stuck out his tongue at her once he was done.

She covered her eyes and cringed when he cast the spell. It stopped hurting, at least. But she was afraid to look and find out why it had stopped hurting. After a second, she peaked through her finger tips and saw that her leg and ankle were normal. She relaxed a bit and examined it closer, actually a bit impressed that he pulled it off.
"If you weren't such a prat, I would say you should become a healer at St. Mungo's. But I don't think making out with your patient is considered good bedside manners..."
She stood and tested her weight on it. It felt find. She looked around and finally got her wand back. She was still wet and in shambles. She tried to fix her shirt so it wasn't showing as much.
"Don't think this changes anything between us..."
As much as she tried to make herself believe that, she didn't want to.

He made a face at the idea of becoming a healer. "Helping people isn't exactly high on my to-do list," Collin said. He was planning on becoming a Death Eater after all.
He watched her as she stood and adjusted herself, "No point to that, I can see right through your blouse," he smirked. He walked toward her, instantly invading her personal space, to the point where her chest pressed against his. "Oh McMorna, this changes everything," he said, kissing her once more before pulling away, grabbing his cloak and heading away from the lake.
