'That's true Kings. I do have a head start. I've at least met my superior." Hestia grinned and stuck her tongue out at him. "But yes, I agree. We should make time for just us every week. It'll be good for us. Besides, you guys have no right to get on to me. Look at Alice." She looked at Alice. "Have you been getting enough sleep? Enough to eat? Babe, you look exhausted. Is it this tournament or school?.......Is it Frank?" She grinned and nudged Frank with her elbow.

Hestia was right; Alice looked pretty tired. But really, pretty much all of them looked tired in different ways. It had been a rough couple of months. Not only did they have to deal with the tournament, and the classes and studying for the OWLs, but there seemed to be violence all around them. The attack in Hogsmeade, the death of Katie Lawrence, and other attacks... it was all adding up to a very scary environment. A war was coming, and they all could feel it. And since everyone at this table was planning to become an Auror, they would be on the very front lines. How many of them would still be able to get together like this in ten years? Or even five?
"I'm all for a weekly get-together," she said. "And by the way, guys, Kingsley and I are planning a big graduation party... We're thinking of throwing it in the Room of Requirement."

Alice blushed deeply at Hestia's joke. It was true, she and Frank had been spending a lot of time together. They studied together, ate together... but not quite the other thing. Not yet. Frank wanted to wait, and Alice thought it was a good idea, too. They could wait until the time was right.
"I'm fine, really," she said, bypassing the rest of the question. She was thankful when Marlene changed the subject to talk about a graduation party.
"That sounds perfect," she said, smiling. She didn't even think twice about the idea of holding the party on school grounds. After all, what could they do? Suspend them? "Who are we going to invite? All the seventh years?"

Trace walked over to the table full of Gryffindors and held his note pad up, "Welcome to the Royal Dragon, what can I get for you all this evening?" He had his hair pulled back in a braid so it wouldn't get in the food. All the rest of the staff was busy with the other tables.

"Of course all the seventh years!" Kingsley boomed, his deep voice reverberating a little too loudly. He realised he had got excited, cleared his throat, and continued in a lower tone. "Seventh years, of course. But I think we should invite some of the lower years as well... sixth, maybe some fifth. Just to spice things up. I mean there are only, what, 30 or so seventh years?" Though he really had no idea how many seventh years there were, Kings didn't care. He was trying to make a point. "We've got to add to the mix. Have you seen the legs on that Samantha St. Claire? She's only a fifth year, but I swear that's one Slytherin I wouldn't mind--"
Kingsley was serendipitously interupted by a man in a cowboy hat asking for their order. "Yes! I'll have whatever your house specialty is, the biggest portion, extra spicy."
