Elle sat in the common room when her dopy owl, Cotton flew into the window. She looked behind her and smiled, she walked over to the window and opened it, let Cotton fly in and took the parchment off her foot. She unrolled it, it read:
Dear Miss Wright,
Your wizengamot trial date(s) are as follows:-
Thursday 19th October 2006.
Your trial is about the following incident:-
The stabbing of Laitia Kirak - Attemptive Murder.
Please attend these dates or else you will be taken to Azkaban.

Remus was sitting nearby when he saw Elle receive her letter. By the look on her face, it wasn't good news. He hurried over to her. "Elle? What is it? Everything OK?"

Elle looked up at Remus, ''Oh Yeah, It's just my trial infomation, It must of come late becuase it says October 5th and thats tomorrow!'' She exclaimed and jumped up, she read the letter once more and her eyes widened, ''Oh dear...'' She said to herself.

"Oh, no," Remus said. "Well, I'm sure you'll be OK... I mean..." he shivered. "She was a Death Eater and she kidnapped you... she was probably up to something... Do you want me to find Lucie or Sabrina?"

"Um, OK, I'll be right back," Remus said. Sabrina had told him the Ravenclaw password so he could visit with her there, so he hurried off to look for them both.

''Um, I think so, but my trial infomation has come.'' Elle said, she was pratically trying to calm down at this point.
((OOC:On Thursday, we will do the trial becuase I finish school on that day, so it could continue on Friday and then next week.))

Lucie climbed through the hole and walked over to Elle, behind Remus. ''Hey, El, you've got your trial dates?'' She said.

"Oh, no...." Sabrina said. She looked at the letter in Elle's hand. "Well, we'll all be there for you, OK? And Mr. Corrigan said he'd help by presenting some evidence... I'm sure it'll be fine." But she frowned worriedly.

Elle nodded and handed Sabrina the letter, she flopped her head back on the chair and closed her eyes, ''I'm gonna go, you guys, I'm going straight to Azkaban!'' She said.

Sabrina frowned. "I don't know," she said. "But they can prove that you weren't yourself. Everyone saw you before that... you were a mess. Even if they can't prove that she did it, at least they can prove that someone did, and maybe that'll be enough for a temporary insanity thing... After all, you're fine now!"

Sabrina, meanwhile, was wondering if she should talk to Natalie about the trial to see if Elle would get out of this. She felt a little guilty thinking about it, because she didn't want to use Natalie. Furthermore, if it turned out that Elle was to be found guilty, there would be nothing they could do about it. She sighed. Was it really not possible to change the future? Was she really going to die? Sabrina shuddered.
