Strike a Pose (Marcy/Open)

Anita wanted to say that there was nothing wrong with a little harmless flirting. They were young after all, in their "Prime". This was the time to flirt and gossip.

But Anita knew that her friend was looking for the same kind of thing she had with Colin.

"One day' Marce, you'll find the perfect guy. You won't even be looking and he'll sweep you off your feet," Anita smiled genuinely. Then she snapped another picture with her camera.

Flirting and gossip was fun for a while, Marcy had to admit. But Anita was right; what she really wanted was a relationship. She wanted to fall head over heels in love with someone. She wanted to feel that deep, meaningful connection with another person. Many people thought Marcy was flighty, even shallow, but she really wasn't. She had another side to her, and she wanted to find someone she could share that with.

"I know I will," Marcy said, her voice taking on a sort of dreamy tone. "I just hope 'some day' isn't too far away. I mean, not to be impatient or anything... but it's been a while since I've even been on a date."

"Well then lets stop talking about it," she smiled, grabbing Marcy's hand. "And lets do it. Where should we go to find Marcy's perfect man?" she thought for a minute. "I mean, you can find guys in clubs and bars...but not the ones that stick around."
