"Uh-nuh," Quincy shook his head. He watched her try to give him puppy dog eyes, and it would have worked, had she not been smiling at the same time. "Aw, you're cute," Quincy said, leaning over and kissing her chastly. "But still, no." It was his one peeve, showing off unfinished work. Though he knew Audrey would never do so, he had come across people that would "suggest" he do something differently. It was his art, let him do as he wished with it.
"Swim?" Quincy raised an eyebrow and looked at Audrey, then the lake. "And get eaten by the giant squid?" He asked, but still got up and walked to the edge to feel it. "It's not that cold," he said, splashing at Audrey gently.

Audrey pouted again when he said no. She felt a little better when he kissed her. She liked his kisses. She caved though because she didn't want to make him uncomfortable. She knew how people could be when it came to art work and she didn't want to do that to him. She respected and supported his work too much. Plus, she never saw anything wrong with it or anything that needed suggestion. It always looked good to her.
She gasped when he splashed her. "Hey!" She yelled while laughing. She kicked off her shoes and socks and walked over, jumping in the water to splash him too. She grinned and tried to back away.

"Aye!" Quincy shielded his face when Audrey splashed him back. "Oh now you've got it comming," Quincy said, laughing and chasing after her as she backed away. He latched his arms around her waist and they toppled into the shallow bank of the lake. The two got soaked and Quincy tried to save his shoes from getting to wet, kicking them off and throwing them by his bag. "Got'cha," he said, smiling.

Audrey squealed when he practically tackled her. She laughed with him and just layed back in the water next to him for a moment. She sat up and blushed fiercely when she realized she was wearing white and her shirt was now practically see through. She glared playfully at him upon realizing this and crossed her arms over her chest.
"Gee, thanks Quincy." She said sarcastically and got up, going back to the rock where she had left her robes. She took off her own tie and tried to wring out some of the water. She glanced back at him and stuck her tongue out.

Quincy looked away shyly when he noticed her shirt had become a little see through. his was too, but for someone who was dismal at any sport, he did have a nice athletic body. He saw her get up and go the wring out her tie. She stuck his tongue out and he got up and sloshed through the muddy bank toward her, wrapping his arms around her from behind and placing his head on her shoulder. "Aw, I'm sorry Audrey..." Quincy pouted and kissed her cheek.

Audrey, who was still trying to dry her shirt as much as she could, smiled when he hugged her from behind. She placed her hands on his arms and leaned into him. She turned around so she could hug him too and placed a kiss on his lips gently. "It's ok. I forgive you." She said with a grin. She was a little embarressed because she was always a tad self consicious but it wasn't a big deal. She'd get over it. She looked up at him and kissed his nose.

Quincy scrunched his nose when Audrey kissed him, smiling kindly at her. "Here," he said when he noticed she was trying to dry herself off. "Lemme help." He grabbed his wand and dried off her with a quick drying charm, doing the same to his clothes. Then he moved back under the tree, her hand in his, and sat down, bringing her to sit with him.
"Tell me something I don't know about you," Quincy said, playing with a strand of Audrey's hair. He'd ask her this once and a while, his curious self always bubbling. To Quincy, Audrey was the most facinating person in the world, and he wanted to learn all he could about her.

Audrey thanked him and followed him under the tree, sitting down between his legs with her back against his chest. She held one hand in his hand that wasn't playing with her hair. She placed her other hand comfortably on his knee and just relaxed. She rolled her eyes and chuckled.
"Oh, come on. You know I don't like talking about me." She said but thought about it anyways. "Well, I don't think you know that....my favorite ice cream flavor is chocolate chip cookie dough." She joked and laughed. "Seriously, what do you wanna know?" She asked, a smiled still placed on her face. She leaned her head back to rest against his shoulder. She was so comfortable at this point that she could probably sleep.

He twirled her hair in his fingers, enjoing the feeling. Audrey's hair was soft and light and so utterly beautiful, just as she is.
"But I like talking about you," Quincy said, kissing the top of her head. He let her lean against his chest and smiled at her. Chocolate chip cookie dough, he'd make a mental not of that. "Anything," Quincy said. "Little things big things odd things new things...I'm a curious being Miss moore." He smiled.

Audrey turned her head to grin at him. He seemed so odd to her but in the best ways. She curled up against his chest and sighed.
"Well, I just told you something. Now it's YOUR turn." She insisted, the grin still on her lips. She wasn't sure what to tell him. She didn't find herself all that interesting and she didn't have a fabulous life back home. Sure, she wasn't unhappy or anything like that with her home life. It just wasn't some grand adventure that she liked talking about. Her mom was basically a muggle/hippie and her dad worked in the ministry.

"Um..." He thought for a moment, looking around while thinking of something interesting to say. His eyes fell on his shoes, the laces were blue with bronze at the end. His youngest sister, a first year here at Hogwarts, had made them for her. His backpack also had random dangles and bobbles that she had made him over the years since he started school. "I collect the little crafty things that my baby sister makes me," He said, reaching for his bag and jingling his keychains a little. "she's a first year, uised to send them in the mail all the time." he explained a little.

Audrey smiled at him. "That's really sweet." She said and sighed. "Did you know I had a brother? He's your age." She told him, wondering when they would meet. She was a little afraid of what Logan would say when he found out about it. He didn't like her dating and she knew he especially wouldn't like her dating someone who happens to be three years older than her. That might cause a problem...She tried to not think about it.

"Yeah, Logan right?" He asked. Logan and Marco Moore were somewhat memorable in his year, being the pranksters of the upperclassmen. He didn't actually know Logan personally though, only having a few classes with him over the years at Hogwarts.
"Does he know about you and I?" Quincy asked, merely out of curiosity.

Audrey looked at the ground shamelessly. She felt bad about not telling her brother. She knew she should tell him because he would find out eventually. He knew practically everybody. She sighed and shook her head, glancing back at him.
"Not...exactly." She grimaced. "You're a little old for me in his book. And...he doesn't even like me dating guys my age." She admitted and shrugged. "But I don't care what he thinks. I really like you, Quincy." She told him and leaned in to kiss him.

Quincy nodded before giving Audrey a chaste kiss. "I understand," he said, taking her hands in his. "From both points, yours and his, I hope my sister never gets the idea to date anyone, ever, 'till shes 35," he chuckled softly. "But Logan's pretty popular, he knows everyone at the school, and sooner or later, he's going to find out about us." He gave her hands a squeeze. "Wouldn't it be better if he found out from you?"

Audrey sighed. Everything he was saying made sense but, she was just way to nervous of his reaction to the news. She knew he was going to find out soon because he was right, Logan was popular. And there was no doubt that he'd want to hear it from her. She pursed her lips.
"Well, I suppose I'll have to introduce to two of you soon, huh?" She said, giving him a half a smile.

"That'a girl," Quincy laughed and kissed her on the nose. He leaned his head against hers and smiled. He knew that the issue with her brother was going to be a big obstacle in their relationship. Quincy just hoped that she broke it to Logan in a way that wouldn't have him try and harm Quincy like other older brother's would. Quincy was a strong pacifist, he wouldn't know how to react to that situation.

Audrey sighed and leaned into his chest again. She wasn't sure how to break it to her brother without him breaking Quincy's nose. She knew that if she told him, he'd only be thinking one thing. He'd probably think Quincy was just another horny teenager and she knew that wasn't the truth. She turned to look at him and kissed his cheek.
"So, do you think I should talk to him first or...just introduce you?" She asked, although she was hoping to just introduce him. Because then at least she'd have his support.

"I'd be with you in either decision you made, but, personally, I think you should talk to him. It's better than just being blindsighted by it all of the sudden." Quincy said. "And if for whatever reason he wants to kill me, i'll need a clean get away," Quincy joked. "Or many witnesses," he added.
"Okay, 'nuff of this brother drama," Quincy said finally. He wrapped his arms around her waist as she leaned against him and he leaned back against the tree. "No use worrying over nothing for now." He said, kissing her hair.

Audrey laughed at him. She loved how he was always able to lighten the mood. She turned around slightly and cupped his face, pulling him into a kiss. Her eyes slid closed as she intended on making it more than a peck. She smiled into the kiss then pulled back to kiss his cheek. "You're an amazing boyfriend. Did you know that?" She said in a playful voice while she cuddled into his chest. "How did I get so lucky?"
