"How would you feel if you were in my position?" she asked. "My mother, who held my whole family together, is dead. Now my sister walks around like a ghost, my dad barely says a word, and every time I look in the mirror, I see my mum's face looking back at me! Wouldn't you want the person who did that to suffer? Have you ever killed anyone?"

Voltaire felt his anger flare he wanted to save her soul but he really couldn't "Yes i have! and i'll tell you watching the life leaving some one's face is one of the most terrible things you could ever see! You could be half bleeding to death and if you kill him your an evil bastard!" he yelled, getting lost in his own memory.

She watched him silently, tears streaming down her cheeks. Finally she took a deep breath. "I... I won't use it, then. But... if it's that terrible... do you think the one that did it... Do you think she felt anything? Sorrow, or regret? Do you think she cared at all what she had done?"

" I don't know, You get numb afterwards. You think you did it because you had to. then you have that feeling of power. You just took a person's whole life and made it mean nothing. Don't look at me that way. you wanted to know, I guess it gets addicting But i can't judge anyone else. I have enough with my own guilt and sorrow." he stopped and looked at her" I can't led you down a road where you won't care, Understand that Sabrina and understand it now. DO YOU want to be that souless cow that kills someone and doesn't feel it and if anything feels glad of it?" he said this in a angry but strained voice.

"I... I guess not," Sabrina said, feeling deflated. She wiped at her eyes. "I don't think my mother would want me to be like the person who killed her. But still... I know in my heart that I have to face the killer. Even if it means I just have to catch her, so they can take her to Azkaban." She looked at him sadly. "You're a good person," she said.

"thank you" he said rubbing his face. "So are you going to stop pressuring me to show you darker spells?" he said hopefully.

She hesitated. "I won't ask you," she said at last. "That doesn't mean I'm not going to try to learn them. I'll stay away from the Unforgivable Curses, but if I'm going to face her, I still need to learn enough dark spells to keep from getting killed."

"Botra that trips your enemy and inhibeo that is a very strong restraining spell, learn both of thoes, For Botra, you make a jab movement with your wand, Inhibeo you make like twirl with your wand with your wand toward your Opponet. " he said not looking into her eyes. there was a weird gleam in them.

"Oh course not! here" Voltaire Pulled a small white rat out of his coat pocket "Er... This is ...Subject, Try both of them on him first!" Voltaire walked forward and took her hand and put Subject into her hand. "Don't worry, he doesn't bite! he actually loves peanut butter..." he said smiling akwardly.

Sabrina nodded and took the rat. Setting it doown on the ground, she jabbed at the air with her wand and said, "Botra!" the rat, which had started to run, tripped.

Making a clicking sound with his tongue Subject scurried back to Voltaire, climbing up his trouser leg and back into his pocket. "I think the restraining spell might be too strong for Subject... I'll try and find something bigger for you to try that on." he said taking a peanut from his other pocket and dropping it with Subject.

"Uh maybe you should calm down before we continue, you'll get reckless, and everyone knows i need a lot less recklessness in my life!" he said eyeing her. "Look How about you relax for a second and tell me about this ghostly sister of your hmm?" he then transfigured a stick into one of them louge type sofa's that they have in shrink offices.

Sabrina took a deep breath. Now that he mentioned it, she was feeling a little giddy with her newfound power. It scared her a little, and she started to understand what he'd been talking about. She sat down. "Natalie's her name," Sabrina said. "She's ten, but she doesn't act like it. She's quiet and intense and serious. But she used to laugh and smile sometimes. And she loved to climb trees. But now... it's like she's got the weight of the world on her shoulders or something. She never laughs at all anymore."

"Well she sounds very empatic. she's connected to you. What do you talk about with her? just the idea of revenge? or ice cream or somthing like that?" he asked trying to understand her sister as well as the girl before her.

"She doesn't want me to get revenge. She thinks I should let it go," Sabrina said. "She keeps saying something bad is going to happen. But she's always been a worrier. I'm actually going to take her to Hogsmeade, along with a boy I like and a boy for her. Maybe she'd have fun on a double date."
