James and Sirius couldn't have managed such a complicated spell. But he couldn't imagine who else would want to see him. What could be so important?

A stab of fear gripped him as he thought about Greyback. Would he use such a method to trick him into coming to him? It didn't sound like the kind of thing he would do, but what if it was him? Would he hurt Lily to get to him? Suddenly, he was panicking and he wished he could apparate so he could find out what was going on a little faster. The suspense was torturous...

Lily held onto Remus' hand as she stood up and looked back at him. What could be the problem? Surely the others wouldn't be able to send anything like that, because the spell was complicated and took a lot of practice. She had to take double the amount of steps than Remus to keep up with his strides. Lily couldn't figure out why someone would send a patronus to Remus with a message. Only bad thoughts entered her mind. She hoped that whatever was going on, Remus would be alright.
