Dumbledore smiled sympathetically at Remus. He had known the boy wouldn't like the subject, but he had thought it best to get it out of the way. He also felt that Remus needed to face his fear of the moon. But perhaps he should have warned him first. "Yes, you may be excused," he said. "I will talk to you tomorrow in my office to discuss what you missed."

Severus looked at the retreating figure and saw he was very pale and looked about to toss spots, but why was it so sudden? he said nothing but moved his telescope towards the moon and saw the face of the man inside of it.

Anonimus did as he was told and looked at the moon and he felt his stomach drop it looked the same as it did the night his mom had died. He looked away as quick as he could he hadn't really thought about that night in a long time. He felt a tear stream down his face and he wiped it away as quick as he could hoping no one saw. He tryed not to think about it and went back to looking at the moon.

Dumbledore cleared his throat. "OK, class, for today, I want you just to draw a sketch of the part of the moon you can see. You'll notice that it is waxing, which means it will be full soon. You can get a pretty good view of its features right now. Next class we will study the full moon, and we will begin charting the moon's progress across the sky. We'll be making moon phase charts, and a sky chart with the moon's position. But for today, the sketch of the surface will be enough. When you've completed your drawing, you may bring it to my desk and leave the class."

Anonimus started to draw his sketch, he wasn't to bad at drawing but he wasn't to good either. He didn't really want to think about the moon cause it reminded him to much of that night so he just distanced him self from what he was doing, he was drawing but he wasn't really paying attention. He finished the drawing and went and put it on the Professor's desk and walked away thinking about his mom.

Sirius took a piece of paper and drew a circle to start off with. Then he put in the waxing part and added some detail (craters, etc.). He walked over to Dumbledore and handed him his drawing.

Rori started to draw the moon and messed up on the craters. "Oh dang blast it." she said balling up the piece of parchment and she got out another piece of parchment. She quickly sketched the moon in great detail. It wasn't as good as she could have drawn it, but it would work. She handed her drawing to Professor Dumbledore.

Anna started to draw the moon srewing up on alot of things mostly the wheole thing accidently always making it look like cheese.She finally finshed,handing it to Dumblydore.She gathered her stuff and walked out smiling brightly."Um Professor,could i ask you somthing in your office later?"Anna asked.
