Alice walked in the classroom, annoyed with herself for being late to class, again. "Sorry I'm late, Professor." she said taking a seat. I defiantly need to get a new watch. she thought.

Severus sneered at the boy. "No one asked you" he snapped and turned around. Now he felt awful, Everyone else seemed to understand, why didn't he? Maybe he was stupid.

James made a face at the professor when he wasn't looking. He was interested in the topic, he just wanted to get on with the lesson. He thought it would be cool to be able to become an animal whenever he wanted. He heard Rori and Snape talking and leaned forward. "Hey, do you mind? I want to hear the class!"

Severus looked back irrated at James "I'm not even talking anymore, you don't have to be so rude" he said perfectly clearly. maybe he was treding into shallow ice, but he didn't want to let James get to him or know that he would allow to be pushed.
