Isabella picked up the rat from the floor. "I want each of you to come up and look at the rat's eyes carefully. Notice how they appear wide and expressionless. You might not always notice this in a person, but if they begin acting oddly, try checking their eyes. Please come forward."

Remus stepped forward and checked the rat's eyes. They did look blank and empty. It made him very uneasy. He walked back to his seat quickly.

Rori looked at the rat's eyes. It reminded her of her dad's that night. She walked back to her seat quickly and didn't say a word. That night her dad tried to kill her, before he died in his 'freak accident'.

Rori read the note. It reminds me of the night dad tried to kill me, just before he supposedly died in that 'freak accident She scribbled back.
