Chloe had just revisited her house after leaving the Three Broomsticks with David and Remus. Much to her dismay, the house was even more messed up. Scratches all on the wall. From the looks of things, it seemed like some werewolves had a little too much fun last night. So she headed to the Hog's Head for a drink. A blond woman was working the bar and she had ordered a firewhiskey. Chloe never drank, and she was just angry and stressed enough to drink. She picked an empty table and sat down with the drink. Chloe just turned it up and drank half the glass. The drink burned as it went down and she coughed, but after a few seconds, it wasn't that bad. Chloe was angry with herself for not fixing up her house the next day after it was messed up the first time, but then again, she was also mad at Greyback for planning to attack little kids......

Karl wandered into the Hog's Head, fresh from his talk with Zander and Pearl. He'd managed to find his clothes, which were more tattered and torn than ever before. Now he was thirsty for another one of those butterbeer things. So he went back to the bar where the pretty blonde lady worked and sat down. "Butterbeer," he said in his low voice.

Emily had just walked around the bar from handing the other girl a firewhiskey. She nodded whenever Karl ordered, and poured him his drink. "If you need anything else, just let me know," she said the the girl. "Hey Karl."

Chloe didn't look up whenever someone walked into the Hog's Head. She smelled a mixture of sweat and dirt. Chloe stared at the table while still trying to relax a bit, and whenever the lady behind the bar told her if she needed anything Chloe just waved her hand in the air and finished off her shot of firewhiskey. The drink was doing nothing for her. "I could use another glass of firewhiskey," said Chloe.

Emily went and refilled the woman's glass and placed the bottle back behind the bar. "I have to do a few things in the back, so if either one of you needs me, just yell for me, Okay?" said Emily walking into the back.

Karl began slurping from his glass of butterbeer, making a mess as usual. He nodded at the pretty blonde lady when she went into the back.

Chloe heard the man at the bar drinking and looked up. He wore torn clothes and was dirty. Chloe thought for a moment, maybe he was one of Greyback's pack, but then again, they wouldn't really be seen in public. "Excuse me," Chloe said to the man, "have you seen a man by the name of Zander?"

Karl heard a woman's voice and the name Zander, so he stopped drinking and turned to look in the direction of the voice. "Oh, um, yeah. I saw him in the woods a while ago. We were talkin'." He sniffed the air, and caught the woman's scent. Pretty, but she was covering it with something else. "Do I know you?"

"I don't think so, I don't hang around Fenrir. I'm Chloe," Chloe said. She drank some of the drink she had left, and it still burned going down. "Do you know if he was going to be hanging around in the forest for a little while, or did he say that he was going to be going somewhere else?"

Karl shrugged. "No, I think he was coming back this way. Something about Broomsticks? Pearl was gonna stay in the woods and look for my friend Skye." He took another messy drink from his glass. "Name's Karl," he added off-handedly.

"The Three Broomsticks, thanks. Nice to meet you Karl," said Chloe giving him a smile. "You haven't heard anything of what Greyback talked to Voldemort about have you?" she asked.

Karl shrugged. "I was gonna listen, but Fenrir sent me away to comb my beard. I think he's plannin' something, but he didn't tell us what yet."

"Well, David said that Fenrir is planning on attacking kids here in hogsmeade. He said that he didn't know when or who excatly is going to be part of the attack, but he also said as soon as he found out, he'd let us know," said Chloe. She shifted in her seat and winced again in pain as her shoulder moved. The pain had built up again since she hadn't moved it.

"Oh, it's nothing really," said Chloe. "Just got in a fight with Greyback last night and he hit me pretty hard, but it's nothing," she said. Chloe looked at her shoulder and noticed that the bandaging had blood seeping through. "Hey, Karl, um, could you hand me that towel on the bar?"

Karl frowned. "Why'd Fenrir fight you?" he asked. He grabbed the towel off of the bar and handed it to her. "You're bleeding. What happened?"

"He tried to bite a Hogwart's boy and I tackled him to prevent him from bitting the boy. We got in a fight. With the whole trying to bit, paw, and everything else type of fight. I think he was wanting to fight to the death, but I'm glad that Pearl stepped in and Fenrir turned and left," Chloe said. She took the towel from Karl and tried to start cleaning the wound.

"Oh..." Karl said, remembering. "Pearl said something about that. Fenrir don't like when others get in the way of his chosen prey. Nice of you to stop him, though. Y'know, Skye could help you with that bite... she's good at fixing up all the scratches and cuts we get. I don't know where she is, but Pearl was gonna find her."

"I'll end up seeing her soon I suppose," said Chloe. "Zander and Pearl said that they would help me fix my house, since it got messed up thanks to other werewolves and Zander said he'd see who else would help, so I imagine that Skye would be there."
