Delilah laughed. "Oh, you really are Voldy's little puppet, aren't you?" she said. "Fine. We won't launch an attack on the school. But you should know that I am not afraid of Voldy-poo. Furthermore, I may believe in his cause, but I am not convinced that he is the right leader. He is, after all, a mere mortal. For now, we'll play things your way and be the Dark Lord's good little soldiers. But don't expect me to sit back and wait forever. I get very impatient." She sucked on her lollipop and eyed Isabella with a nasty grin. "And if I were you, I wouldn't make threats against Jake again unless you actually intend to carry through with it. Do you really have the guts to commit murder?"

"Don't ever question my guts," Isabella said sharply, staring hatefully at Delilah. "If I have to, I will kill Jake or anyone else who goes against my orders." Furiously, she poured herself another drink and swallowed it quickly.

"If you're going, go." said Emily simply to Jake. "Voldemort won't like it to much though." she added.

"Well, I'm not about to stop you, either," Isabella said. "I've had enough of your defiance and ignorance, and I have no further desire to be responsible for your behavior. But the penalty for betraying the Dark Lord is death. And if I don't kill you, I can guarantee the Dark Lord will. But I think you need to realize that respect is earned, and so far you have not earned it. You have argued with Voltaire and I and refused every attempt we made to guide you on the path to being a favored Death Eater. Yet you always acted as though you knew more than us. This woman, if you can even call her that, doesn't respect you or anyone else. She's preying on you because you're weak and in need of approval. She'll offer you everything you think you want, but she'll crush you in the end."

"I never said i wouldn't serve the Dark Lord." he replied.

"Serving the Dark Lord means doing what he tells you," Isabella said harshly. "And he left us in charge, so if you go against us, you're going against him!"

Voltaire smiled at Isabella and then at jake "Your such a fool, I think i'd just give you to greyback, i think i like his idea of "pack" members desenting. In fact i don't care if you desent Jake, Although i would amitt losing an alligance would be a loss, to see the dark lord smear you into the rocks would be worth it." He said with a grin. He winked at Delilah "You love having him around your little finger, You naughty lass you" he said saucily. He knew that kind of talk wouldn't go un answered.

"Well, the two of you seem to know me so well," Delilah said, smiling sweetly. "It seems to me that you're the ones who are manipulating him, not me. All you want to do is control him. I'm giving him the chance to be himself." She sucked on her lollipop for a second, eying Voltaire with a flirtacious smile. "To tell the truth, if I were to have anyone wrapped around my little finger, I'd prefer it was you."

Isabella's eyes flared and she had the urge to grab on to Voltaire and let it be known that he was hers alone. But she suppressed the urge, knowing that it would only make things worse to betray even the slightest weakness. Instead she narrowed her eyes at Delilah. "You're disgusting," she hissed. "Jake, I know you don't believe this, but we're actually looking out for you. If you align yourself with this bloodsucker, she'll turn you in to a vampire and have you convinced that it was your idea. And I'm telling you the Dark Lord won't take kindly to your betraying the ones he left in charge."

Voltaire couldn't help but laugh, "Oh Jake! if she does turn you into a vampire, You'll be a child all over again!" once that had died down he looked at delilah and smiled. "I don't wrap around anyone's finger" he grinned.

Fenrir had sat back and had let them fight over their petty problems, the woman named Isabella reeked of jealousy and possessiveness over Voltaire, that was interesting... He had found what he wanted and had to contemplate this dark lord, if he could make his pack larger, then why not? he got up from the table "You all are an interesting group, Your petty human dilemmas are interesting to say the least. You Dumpling however, should watch your step, I'm not prepared to let that blood licking leech have you." he said grinning evilly at Jake. "As for you Voltaire, You have my attention, We'll soon see if i bring my pack into your fold." he then turned and left the meeting and back into dark village to find a place to watch for the child.

"Later, hairball," Delilah snorted as the werewolf left the table. "As for me, I'm reserving judgement until the Dark Lord returns. You two talk a big game, but I've yet to see any action. And when Jake and I proposed an action, you shot it down. It makes no sense to me to sit back and wait in the shadows. I've spent my life--all 400 years of it--hiding in the shadows, and I'm getting really tired of it. I want to do something." She finished her lollipop and threw the stick down in frustration. "As for Jake, I say let him decide what he wants to do. He can make up his own mind."

"Hmp, your idea of action is a free for all maylay." Voltaire stood at the table and glared at Jake and Delilah still sitting next to each other his gaze was hard "You two are the biggest pair of fools i've met, and if you are 400 years, You ain't looking it bird" he said to Delilah. he doubted she'd pay much attention to the previous insult. "But then again your into suckers aren't you?" he said shifting his gaze to the candy stick she tossed on the table. Then he turned his back, then whipped around again and took the bottle of whiskey then back to make for the door in a smooth and even stride. "I'll see you around Ms. Dupree. Hopefully you make a wise choice." as he walked at his pace.

Isabella glared at the two of them. "He's right," she said. "The Dark Lord is building an army slowly and deliberately. Your idea of a plan is to just plunge right into the middle of a public place and start killing. It's foolish and it's crazy. We are not ready for that kind of attack, so we're not doing it. Just be patient, you'll get your chance. And Jake, if you have half a brain in your head, you'll stop listening to the garbage she's trying to fill it with. She's using you, I hope you can see that. But fine... if you want to make your own decisions, feel free. The Dark Lord won't like it, but I'll let him deal with you when he returns." She stood up. "I wish I could say it's been a pleasure, but I'd be lying." She turned on her heels and walked out, throwing both doors open wide as she went.

"Look Delilah, they're right, and you know it." said Emily shrugging. "Don't come running to me with any plans, cause I'm not going to fix them. I don't understand why you just won't listen to them, but then again, you are you, so I guess that explains everything. Jake, I don't know what to tell you mate. Just don't believe her promises. I did, and look where I ended up, dead parents, no family, no nothing. I suggest you look on the other side of her promises. Working for her, can possibly be the biggest mistake in your life. In my case it wasn't, it helped me out a lot, but then again I'm a different story than you. Now Delilah, I suggest you smarten up. I know you think you're clever and everything, but you're not, so use common sense every once in a while." said Emily. She turned around and walked out the door.

Delilah watched Emily go with a smirk on her face. "Finally!" she said. "I thought they'd never leave. Now then, Jakey, shall we talk business? I think we have a lot in common..."

"Absolutely!" she said, smiling evilly. "It's too good an opportunity to pass up. We'll wait until after midnight, when most of the students are in bed... not because I care about the kiddies, but because it will be fewer people, and the adults will be drunk. It's the perfect time! I'm so glad we're on the same page." She took a piece of his hair and wrapped it around her finger. "I'm so glad we met. Tell me about those two who think they are in charge... Isabella and Voltaire. I like Voltaire, but the woman annoys me."
