Voltaire dogged his way into the Leaky Cauldron. He and Tai had yet to met again and talk of what Information they had found. He felt every moment go by just an agony. He walked up to the Bar and ordered just a pint, he wasn't in the mood yet to drink anything stronger.

Claudia walked briskly into the Leaky Cauldron. She had a tip about Slytherin's locket, and was going to meet the informant here, where she planned to pump him for information... in more ways than one, she hoped. She strolled up to the bar and ordered a brandy, then looked around for the little rat she was supposed to meet. Instead, she spotted a different rat. Voltaire. His hair was different, and he was dressed differently from his usual style, but it was him. She stormed up to him. "Well, well, look what the hippogriff dragged in," she said. "I hope you feel like dying today, because murdering you would just about make my day complete."

Voltaire looked up and brushed her off, "please, forgive me while shake in my boots. Sod off Claudia, I have no intention of dealing with you at the moment." he said taking another drink of his beer. His head throbbed suddenly, he felt goosebumps raise on his flesh when he remembered her attempt at seduction.

"You should be shaking," she hissed, pointing her wand at him. "Tell me, how is your darling wife doing? She wouldn't be planning on joining you, would she? I love two for one deals."

Voltaire sputtered on his beer, slamming the pint down on the surface before him he choked his airway clear and said "Wife? You're mad!I don't have a wife, I have a mother of my child and that's it! A bloody wife, Who in bleeding hell do you think you're talking to woman? Fer gripes sake just sit down and join me already. You attract more than positive attention when you have a wand out on a choking man!" he said waving away the spittle and beer that had come from his choking attack.

Claudia broke into a smile. "Oh, so you've ditched my darling cousin then? Well, in that case..." She put away her wand. "Don't get me wrong, I still think you're a loathesome little toad... but if you're looking to get back at her, I might just be able to oblige." She sat down on the edge of the bar, facing him, and allowing her long, bare legs to dangle off the edge of the bar in front of him. When the bartender protested, she shot him an icy look, daring him to stop her.
Taking a sip of her brandy, she leaned down closer to Voltaire and trailed a finger along his jawline. "I have to say, I like your new look. It gives you a dangerous edge. Care to tell me what you're up to?"

Voltaire smiled and traced a finger tip from her knee to the edge of her dress. "Nothing really, Looking for said Child. That's about it. As for your cousin..." he thought about her for a moment, he couldn't really place what she looked like, but he felt a deep and searing emotion. He naturally assumed it was hatred. "She and I have nothing to do with each other, getting back at her is pointless, because frankly I don't know her." he said finishing off his beer and tracing his finger tip back to her knee, then pushing his pint for a refill.

Claudia took another sip of her brandy, then leaned over again, running her hands through his hair. She thought there was something odd about his seeming lack of consideration of Isabella. The last time they had spoken, he had been nauseatingly singing her praises. But she really didn't care one way or another. "The child, huh? Misplaced it already, did you?" An idea sparked in her head, and she thought again about the oh-so-secret plot to make Isabella and Voltaire pay for betraying the Dark Lord. This must surely be it. "Hmmm... maybe I could help you... for a price..."

Voltaire smiled "Really now? Would you kind enough to take me to the Oh so dark lord?" he batted he eye lashes. He was sure that she would not help him, He did brush her off for whatever reason he had months ago. She was after all a woman that never had a no in her life! at least her adult life anyway.

"Take you to him?" she purred. "Hmm... I don't think you really want that. He'll kill you if he sees you again." She slid down off the counter and into his lap, then put her face very close to his. "However, if you really are turning back to the dark side, we may be able to work something out..." She smile wickedly and leaned in to kiss him.

Voltaire smiled and put a finger on her lips "Ah ah! bussiness before pleasure now dearest." He adjusted her in his lap and said "Now, If you can really help me,convince me of it." he placed a kiss between her jaw and neck. He realized that this wasn't exactly what he had in mind, but he would have to figure out how to deal with her as he went.

"Mmmm, but for me, pleasure is business," she purred, arching her neck back and letting him kiss her. "If you are able to hold my... interest... long enough, I may be willing to part with some information. If you're really willing to walk on the dark side, I need to see it."

"I like your style." he said picking her up and taking her to a back room. "Were taking a parlor!" he yelled at the barkeep. He felt a feeling of nostalgia hit him as he carried her bridal style to the parlor. Only He felt her hair was the wrong colour...and she was too pale.

Claudia felt a thrill of victory as he carried her into the parlor. She had no idea what had happened between Izzy and Voltaire, but she could imagine her cousin turning positively green when she found out about this. Claudia reached up and began playing with Votaire's hair, until he set her down on an oversized sofa in the back. "I definitely like you better this way," she whispered in a sultry voice.

Voltaire grinned "You probably would! There was a reason the Dark lord liked me Claudia, you should of guessed that! not that I wooed him with thoughts of pleasure or darkness." he laughed a breathy kind of laugh, he settled himself next to her. "Sounds exciting doesn't it?' he asked leaning forward and catching hold of her chin. She was wrong, this was wrong, his heart pounded and he leaned back, releasing her.

Claudia let out a little squeal. "Well, to be honest, I always kew you were wily and clever. You'd have to be to be so honored by him. No... I'm more impressed with your... other... interests. I knew there had to be a reason why my cousin was so taken with you. Pity. Her loss is my gain, wouldn't you say?" She leaned up and began to run her hand along his chest.

Voltaire couldn't shake the feeling of, what was it? guilt? He stood up abruptly and said "My Interests...are someone...No Somewhat occupied at the moment, I need to have my son Claudia." He tried to settle his rattling heart. He thought about it, appeal to her other emotions, she was bound to have some, Pity maybe not so much, but he had yet to see her anything other than angry or ...excited. The feeling of filth crawled at his skin. He couldn't explain what he was thinking. He only hoped he was.

She pulled back and glared at him in disgust. "Oh, is that what this is about? I should have known your little tough guy act was too good to be true. And I suppose all that stuff about wanting to get back in the Dark Lord's good graces was just part of your act, was it?"

"Sod off Morley, Just because I want my son doesn't mean I want to save the damn muggles." he sneered, he was annoyed at his odd behavior, " I can't Go about and pretend I don't care about the little bugger, He's mine. Don't you understand what it's like when they take something away from you that's your's? wouldn't you want it back?" he looked grim. "And I'm far from an act woman." he said succinctly.

"Well, the last thing I'd want is some squalling little brat, whether it was mine or not," Claudia said coldly. "Do you really want your kid to be around while you're trying to go back to the dark side? He'll just be in the way. Why don't you just let the brat's mommy worry about him?" She stood up and pressed her body against his. "If this isn't an act, and you really do want to get back with the Dark Lord, I'm going to need to see some proof."
