- Brief Description: Simone is classically pretty, with long blonde hair, blue eyes, and perfect features. She is slim but muscular and wiry, making her looks a bit deceiving to the untrained eye. She's a lot tougher than she looks.

Personality: Simone can be a hard girl to know. Oh, if you're useful to her, she'll turn on the charm, but it's all an act. She learned a long time ago that the best way to get what you want is through charm, not force. And yet, if someone proves to be immune to her charm, she can just as easily take what she wants by force. She's stronger than she looks and this is her greatest weapon. She keeps it under wraps, playing the innocent, sweet girl first, only to surprise a person later.
The real Simone, however, is quite different. Very few people will ever get to see this side of her, but those that do will find that she is bitter, angry, hurt and defensive. She knows she was an unwanted child and has never really recovered from that. This is why she is eager to prove herself. Manipulating others makes her feel powerful, and she craves the attention she gets from others... even if she's getting it by not being herself.

History: Simone was born in France, another unwanted child. Her mother was a poor Danish immigrant who worked in the household staff of a wealthy French wizard. This man, an older man, seduced Laila, causing her to become pregnant. He was a cruel, brutal man, and Laila feared for her safety. When her pregnancy was discovered, Laila attempted to run away, but she was found. While attempting to escape capture, Laila went into labor. The baby was born, a small, premature girl that no one thought would survive. Pierre took the child and left the mother, bleeding in the street. No one knows what became of her, but it is generally assumed that she threw herself off a nearby bridge. Her body was never found.
Pierre dropped the child off at a hospital and left her there. The doctors and nurses worked to save the premature child, and they did. Pierre paid the doctor bills, but never visited the child. When she was healthy enough to be released, Pierre arranged for a married couple in his employ to care for the child for the first couple of years. When Simone was three years old, Pierre came for her and took her away... to Walter. She became one of the sleeper children, participating in rigorous training, just like the other sleepers/
Simone was eager to please and always tried to excel as much as possible. She was a good trainee, but again, because of her size, was not considered to be the strongest candidate. Though she did not participate in the rebellion, she was still set free around age 10, dumped on the streets of France with no memory of how she got there.
She ended up in a muggle orphanage, where she had to struggle for every scrap. Her magical abilities gave her a bit of an advantage, as did her deeply ingrained sleeper skills. But she was unhappy and alone. Things got a little better when she started at Beauxbatons, where her beauty seemed to attract many friends, especially male friends. She found that she could manipulate and tease them to get what she wanted, and she enjoyed the feeling of power it gave her.
She was never a great student, but she was good at getting other people to do her work for her. She finished school with better grades than she deserved, but then was back out on the streets with no where to go. So she began stealing to get by. Her sleeper training gave her stealth and agility that enabled her to sneak in and out of places others couldn't get to. She started small, just picking pockets on the streets, but then escalated to stores, banks, and finally museums. She became a thief for hire, stealing priceless artifacts from museums and selling them on the black market. On one such assignment, she teamed with a partner, who taught her how to con people as well, and she took to the training well. She began to run cons all around France, Belgium, and Switzerland. But then something went wrong.
While on a job, someone accidentally uttered a strange phrase. That was when it happened... she suddenly lost control and went into a violent rage, leaving three people gravely injured... and her partner dead.
Since then, Simone has been on the run, and has ended up in England, running small cons and engaging in petty thefts...
Anything else? I blame Riley for this one. I got the idea last night and couldn't sleep thinking about it.
