Appearance:
- Brief Description: Doug is a handsome young man with dark hair and blue eyes, chiseled features, and chiseled abs. He's very fit and muscular, but it's his warm, friendly smile that makes him most attractive.

- Skin Tone: white, but not quite pale
- Height: just about 6'

Personality: Doug is the kind of guy you want to bring home to mama. Not only is he hunky and handsome, but he's genuinely warm and polite. He'll respect any woman he's with, and he's nice to other guys as well. He'd be the guy breaking up a fight outside a bar with his warmth and diplomacy. He'll hold the door for a lady, help little old ladies across the street, and he'll do anything to make a pretty girl smile.
If you have a problem, Doug is always ready to listen and provide useful advice. He can joke around a lot and seem like he's not taking things seriously, but he thinks most people take life too seriously anyway. That doesn't mean he can't be serious when the occasion calls for it.
He's a sensitive fellow, too, and he'll go out of his way to help animals or children, too. He volunteers at an animal shelter and sometimes helps foster homeless kittens until they are ready to be adopted. More than once, he's ended up adopting them himself, or giving them to his little sister Lucy.

History: Doug has had a fairly ordinary life. His parents were muggles who met in college and married soon after graduation. Jean was a housewife, while her husband worked his way up the corporate ladder at a prestigious company. Douglas was born after two years of marriage, but it would be nearly 10 years before little Lucy was born.
Doug went to muggle school and seemed to be a normal student. He liked sports, playing in junior leagues of rugby and football (soccer). People could never understand how he was able to throw the ball so far without any real effort, but the answer came when Doug was 11 and received his Hogwarts letter. Pretty soon the world changed for him. He was learning about the magical world, and of course, Quidditch.
At Hogwarts, he was sorted into Hufflepuff, where he was very popular. He had lots of friends, both male and female. In his second year he tried out for the Hufflepuff quidditch team and made it on the team as a chaser.
He was never a remarkable student, however, but it never really mattered. Magic, he decided early on, would be a part of his life, but not his whole life. He still liked sports and athletics, but since he didn't want to feel he was accidentally cheating, he took up more individual sports, like bodybuilding and running. He's currently training for the Olympic triathalon.
Anything else? Yeah, that vow of mine... this guy doesn't count because he's temporary. Too bad, though, cause he's a cutie!
