Personality: Carley tries to be a strong person and let her emotions bottle up while she tries to be there for someone else. She never liked the idea of showing weakness. Overall, she is fairly outgoing when she wants to be and she doesn’t have a problem telling someone what she thinks. Of course she has to watch what she says around certain people, especially those children in the orphanage. She is always offering words of encouragement and assurance to them.
Sarcasm is something she would use with the people she knows that can take it. She tries to not hurt anyone’s feelings and she hates it if a person is mad at her for some reason. Carley tries to make things right.
History: Carley doesn’t remember what her parents were like. The only thing she remembers when she was growing up was that she was in an orphanage. She had a locket that her mother’s. Inside was a picture of both her parents that was fairly old. Other than that, she had nothing that belonged to them. Everything she ever received came from the lady from the orphanage. At age eleven, she received a letter from Hogwarts. The orphanage itself was a muggle orphanage but the lady that ran it happened to be a witch. Luckily, she explained what Hogwarts was to Carley and she went off to the school.
Hogwarts was like a home away from home. She didn’t have to worry about people thinking that she was some sort of freak. She did keep to herself from time to time but she was also an outgoing type of person. Speaking with new people wasn’t a problem for her. However that was usually just a cover. Carley was always the person to put on a smile and pretend nothing was wrong. She made different friends during school and there were a few she kept in contact with after school. Once she graduated, Carley returned to the orphanage to help with the children there. She knew that Ms. Elvington needed the help. For a few years Carley returned to the orphanage, helping the orphans with their education. It was important to her that those orphans were able to have knowledge about the world around them because everyone had the opportunity to be what they wanted to be.
Now, Carley is not sure what she wants to do. She knows that someone needs to help the orphans because Ms. Elvington is getting older and is less capable of taking care of all the children. Someone has to be there to help the children if they discover that they are different like Ms. Elvington did her. She is unsure if she is going to take over the orphanage herself.

- When she hears music, she either likes to dance or she’ll hum along as long as she knows the song (and depending on her location)

- She still writes in a journal about her day and whatever thoughts she may have, and sometimes she'll take a napkin or a small piece of paper and write down an idea, which is why she always carries a pen with her so she can add it to her journal
