She'll have a last name ...er someday.
Character Name:Acelynn (Ace)
Age:25
Description or Celebrity Claim: Eliza Dushku
Profession: Doctor (Muggle)
Strengths:
+Healing (muggles…)
+Beauty
+Big Brown Eyes (lol)
+Powers she doesn’t understand
Weaknesses:
+Werewolves
+Haunting Past
+Powers she doesn’t understand
Personality: Almost opposite her sister she was generally very composed, at least as a child. She did as her parents told her and often obeyed the rules. She's usually a friendly face, and though she couldn't possibly blend into the crowd with her looks she doesn't go looking for attention. Once out from her parent's thumb, she's not afraid to speak her mind or do what's right, though she doesn't necessarily enjoy confrontation.
History:
Acelynn grew up in a small outcast community town that didn’t even have a local doctor, but rather a traveling medic that went from town to town in the “no where” society where they lived. When she was young she watched too many people suffer because this lack of medical help in her small village, and decided that one day she would be a doctor and help people. As the daughter of the local Minister, and school teacher, she was very well loved in the village, and she returned their love. It was a happy community.
Then one day her life changed completely. She was running through the forest as part of some childish game and got lost. When darkness fell she heard the most unusual howl that terrified her. She fell to her knees and began to pray wanting nothing more than to make it home safely. As she began walking once more searching for the way home she came upon the most awe inspiring yet completely terrifying creature she had ever beheld. With his leg trapped inside a painful mechanism designed to trap bears and the like, the huge beast seemed dead already. As she neared the creature he moaned in soft agony. She felt pity welling up inside of her, and disregarding caution moved to help the animal. Except there was no possible way for her to remove the trap on her own, it required strength she didn’t have as her small self.
Then, born of a will stronger than she knew, somehow she was able to release the animal in what could only be called magic. She ripped the hem of her dress to wrap around the wound, her concentration was so great that she didn’t even notice the large animal had passed out. She smiled satisfyingly when she was finished dressing the wound, she hadn’t even realized that she was working on something that could have ripped her to shreds. Sanity came back to her when she heard her name being called in the distance. With only a small glance back and a prayer that the animal would be safe she took off back to the arms of her family.
She never told anyone of the encounter, then as time went by she forgot about it, or wrote it off as fantasy, but one thing from fantasy remained. Magic. From that night onward she found that the things she desired most to happen…would when her emotions were running high. It scared her and she kept it a secret from her family not knowing what they would do to her if they found out. That magic was the one tie she had to that night, a night she tried to forget.
But if someone couldn’t forget it, it was the beast she helped. Or rather, he couldn’t really remember it. His only clue was a neatly tended wound and a piece of cloth with a scent he couldn’t get away from. He had to know who she was, he had gathered from his broken memories what had happened, also that he had woken up in his human form next to an animal trap clued him into what occurred the night before. Dreams then of the girl who helped him and thanking her soon came to mind of course his brother would never allow that. His brother was the Pack leader, and severely anti-human, thus the only way to see her was in secret.
Later when Acelynn was 15 she met a “man” by the name of Brandon Birmingham. Brandon seemed no older than 17 himself. Brandon and Acelynn formed a unique friendship, there was something familiar about his eyes though she couldn’t place it. They grew close and when she was 16 she decided that she would marry Brandon Birmingham. It was to him that she confessed her abilities, in fear however that he might tell her father or that somehow things would change between them. He accepted her as she was and told her that he had a secret of his own, and that he would tell her when the time was right.
That time never came. The next night Acelynn caught her younger sister Quinn sneaking out. She didn’t know what Quinn was going to do but she knew that whatever it was, their parents probably weren’t going to like it. Acelynn hated it when her sister got in trouble and she followed Quinn to warn her to get back in bed. Everything happened so fast she didn’t know what to do…
*Flash*
Brandon was losing his head over a human, and it was time to confront his brother. He wanted to make the human his mate and he didn’t care what he had to do to make it happen, but talking to his brother had been the hardest thing he had ever done they fought and argued, and the entire pack had withdrawn. No one ever stood up to their pack leader, but Brandon had weathered the storm.
He was returning that night to see Acelynn early the next morning, but instead came upon something completely unexpected. There was another wolf headed toward the village. Brandon knew it wasn’t part of their pack and a jolt of fear hit him as he saw Acelynn and Quinn in the open field. He started to run. Two legs became four and all aided him in getting to the two girls first. As he approached however he felt the change overcoming him was he going to save the two girls or kill them himself?
When the other wolf reached them first a scream pierced the night’s silence. One of the girls were bitten but there wasn’t much time to contemplate that as Brandon sailed over both females and confronted the other wolf in a bloody battle he gave it his all but he was no match for the other superior wolf in his young age. The law of the jungle had prevailed, costing Brandon his life.

But as one life is taken another is reborn. Acelynn never knew what became of Brandon, she could only assume that when he learned her secret he had fled in fear. She could only be grateful that he hadn’t told her parents about her …abilities, she could only guess how they would react. Later that month she didn’t have to guess. She had overseen taking care of Quinn personally and was happy to have her sister still alive and well, when the doctor came he too gave Quinn a clean bill of health, but no one could foresee what happened during the next full moon.
Luckily no one was hurt when Quinn changed but their parents simply could not understand, and Quinn was sent away. Acelynn fought valiantly for her sister to be allowed to stay, she said that she would find a cure, she fought and she begged but her pleas fell on deaf ears. Banishing her sister had been one of the hardest things Acelynn ever had to deal with, and it happened so soon after Brandon’s disappearance. She fell into a brief melancholy existence until all that sorrow began causing things to happen around her. After what they did to Quinn, Acelynn knew they wouldn’t tolerate her either, she left as soon as she could and instead of staying in the village she moved to a larger community and studied medicine as she originally intended, she got her degree and began practicing medicine with the occasional hiccup of magic she desperately tried to hide.
When she was 22 she treated a wound that was remarkably similar to the one her sister received. She marked the calendar date and kept tabs on her patient until the next full moon. When she saw the miracle transformation again she fully believed her past had come to haunt her, and there was only one way of reconciling it, she wanted to find a cure, but first she needed to find her Sister. Pouring the determination she was known for into tracking down where her sister might have gone, she moved from her “larger” community to the largest in the form of London itself. Every step she takes is in order to bring herself closer to her sister, but soon she’ll realize that each step she takes is also a step closer to her past.

'Cos I'm thirsty for your love,

Yeah feed the rain
'Cos without your love
My life ain't nothing but this carnival of rust
