Jackie laughed. "There you go. That was the right answer, Deano." She laughed, and kissed him again softly. "We have a lot of time to make up for where we didn't kiss, you know?"
She took one of his hands, threading her fingers through his again. "You can like the chocolate better, Dean. I won't *really* hold it against you."

"Oh, I've been thinking of ways," he said teasingly. "So I'm way ahead of you there Jackie." Dean winked. "And you know that I would choose you over chocolate any day. I mean you could always go out and buy more chocolate, but you can't go out and buy another Jackie."
He squeezed her hand and started to lead her out of the alleyway. "The way I think about this is, the sonnder we can get down with shopping, the more time we have."

In that case, she was willing to be done shopping now. Besides, she couldn't get the taste of his lips off of her mind, and that alone was enough to keep her warm from the cold, winter wind.
"Dean," she said softly, wondering if she should just go ahead and suggest it. Finally, she did.
"There are going to be other Hogsmeade weekends before Christmas, right?"

"Yes. There's going to be one more I think," he said looking down at her. "However, I have to stop at a store on our way back because my order has come in. It won't take but a minute to run in there and pick it up and then we'll be off to the school. I'm ready to get warm." He held onto her hand and led her out of the alleyway. "Plus, I'll carry you on the way back so we can get back quicker and you don't have to practically run next to me. Sound good?"

"Aw, Dean," Jackie nearly pouted. "You can't have them owl it to you? You've put all sorts of things on my mind and now you're teasing me."
If it weren't true that she had to take about four steps to match one of his, she would glare at him for the following comment, but as it stood, he was right. And how could she complain about him carrying her?
"I'll carry all our bags."

He gave her a sly smile. "Well, the longer you wait, the better. Although I promise it won't take but two minutes to run in there and come right back out. I know that you can wait that long. Besides it could be very rewarding." Dean gave her a wink.
Leading them toward the jewelry store, he looked back at her. "I suppose I could let you carry the bags since I am going to be carrying you after all." Dean led her into the jewelry store and the man behind the counter smiled at them. "I'm here to pick up my order," he said to the man. Of course, Dean had him go ahead and bag his order because after all, he didn't want Jackie to know he got her something from here.
The man nodded and handed Dean his bag and he thanked him before turning back to Jackie. "See, that wasn't so bad, was it?"

Jackie took the bag from him, but she didn't look in it. She was just gathering all of the bags together so that she could carry him, regardless of whether or not he really did carry her back.
"It was a very painful two minutes, for your information," She told him, but she couldn't keep a straight face and smiled anyway. "Can we go now? You've made me wait forever."

He was about to protest when she took the bag from him, but he kept quiet. She didn't look in the bag which was a relief. Of course, she couldn't have told what was in the bag anyway because the things were wrapped up.
Dean walked with her back out into the chilly autumn air and picked her up without a word of warning. He grinned down at her. "Of course we can go now. I'm finished doing what I need to do here. I can't have you get anymore impatient than you already are."

"Oh, you could. I'm very impatient already, and it could get a hundred times worse. You're bad for my health, Deano," Jackie sad, laughing when he unexpectedly picked her up, and she threw her arms around his neck.
"And you have to worry because I'm bloody freezing again. I hate winter."

"I'm bad for your health," he repeated as a question. A sudden amused look appeared on his face. "I don't think I'm bad for your health. I think I'm just right for it." Dean winked at her.
"I'm not going to have to worry too long, because we get to take the carriages back. Therefore, I have time to get you warm before we have to get off and go into the school."

"Now you're saying dirty things again, Dean. And yes, you're very bad for my health. You'll be the death of me."
She laughed at the irony of this. She would kill herself one day, she was sure, and she would probably take Dean with her. But she would follow him to the ends of the earth, if he asked it of her, and she was pretty sure he would do the same.
"Come on, come on, come on," she urged him.

He laughed. "I didn't even think about it like that! You're the one who's thinking dirty," Dean said walking towards the carriages. "I think I'm rather good for your health, and you're rather good for mine. We do each other a favor." He winked.
"Oh, someone's being pushy," he teased. Dean put her in the carriage and then got in himself. He slid next to her. "Are you happy now?"

Jackie smiled and pulled him even closer and wrapped his arms around her as she pressed her body into his chest. He was so warm and for whatever reason, her body was just soaking in nothing but cold.
"Yeah, I'm happy now," she said, hoping he would understand that it didn't just have to do with the carriage. "And maybe I want to think dirty."

Dean made sure that his arms were wrapped tightly around her so he could help keep her warm. "Good," he said kissing her cheek. He made sure that both of them were comfortable.
"Well, I can't stop you from thinking dirty. And you have to admit, it does make things interesting." He gave a chuckle.

"See? You like it, too. And I don't even believe you when you say you haven't even considered some of the dirty things you say." She pulled back to look at him slightly, the bold honesty making an appearance. "I want you to think dirty things about us sometimes. I mean, it's okay now. Just... maybe we won't act on some of them for a while."
The things she said outloud sometimes would make shy girls blush and hush up, but never Jackie.

"Hey, sometimes I don't realize it until after I say them. I don't always form what I'm going to say in my head before I say them," Dean said trying to defend himself. Her next comment, Dean did blush. He shouldn't be awkward around her, so he just swallowed and then a grin spread across his face. "Who says that I haven't already had dirty thoughts," he said teasingly, however his next statement was serious. "And of course, you know that I'll never do anything that you're not ready for."

She waved off that serious comment. It was a defense mechanism that she wasn't quit aware of yet, and if she wasn't careful, it would get her into trouble. She just acted like she didn't care, like nothing was a big deal. She didn't want anyone, even Dean, thinking that she was scared of anything. Luckily, Dean knew her well enough that he never would push anything on her. He kept her safe in the litte ways too.
"I think, deep down, you have a very dirty mind. And I kind of like it."

This time he laughed out loud. "Thanks Jackie," he said with a shake of his head. "And I don't think, I know that you have a very dirty mind deep down." Dean gently squeezed her shoulder.
"You've always had a dirty mind. I think that maybe you are the one that got me thinking the way I do sometimes. If it weren't for you, I probably wouldn't be doing half the stuff I do anyway. Crazy stunts, I would never pull, but then you're there. Of course, life is always fun and I enjoy every moment of it."

"Seriously," Jackie said, nodding. "What would you do for fun without me? Sit around and read? Make googley eyes at a girl in glasses?"
She was teasing him for being a Ravenclaw, but was cut short when the carriage pulled to a stop, and she jumped up. "Come on, we're here," she said, taking his hand and reaching over him to open the carriage door. She was an endless ball of energy today.

Dean gave Jackie a look as she teased him. "Oh, I don't know. I would probably still stare at you from a far, and wish that I could talk to you without you thinking I was an idiot." He winked at her, and then gave another laugh as she jumped up.
"Alright, alright," he said. "I'm going." Before Jackie could open the carriage door, Dean opened it. He held on to her hand and helped her out. Before he let her feet touch the ground, he picked her up. "So, where are we going exactly."
