Tell a little about your character: She is brave and outgoing. She can get a little annoying but that is just her. She does anything to prove to people that she is brave.

Destiny Smith walked out of class one day. She was wearing her school uniform of course. It was the last class of the day. She looked outside and saw that it was perfectly clear that it was nice outside. She was very happy that it was a nice day outside. She ran up to her dorm and dropped off her bag and changed into jeans and a nice teal baby doll dress. She loved wearing those kind of shirts. They made her look very pretty. She placed her hair into a ponytail and smiled. She placed a teal bow around it and it had done the trick. It made her felt like she was dressed up without having to dress up. She left the dormitory with a smile on her face.
When Destiny got outside she smiled. The sun was out and it was warm so she was glad she didn’t decided to wear a jacket. She had a lot on her mind and she knew it. She was remotely glad that she hadn’t ran into her sister. But on the other hand she was a bit disappointed that she didn’t ran into Eliot Lupin at the same time. She had a crush on him since she was eight years old but couldn’t bring up the nerve to do anything. Which is not normal for her since she could easily talk to anyone. She has the nerve of a giant. Well except when it came to Eliot and her twin sister Megan Smith. She wanted to yell at her at times and stand up for herself but couldn’t bring up the nerve as well.
She walked along the beach along the lake thinking how she was gonna say to Eliot if possible. She looked across the lake thinking wildly. “Why is it that I can’t bring up the nerve to tell Eliot that I like him? I mean it is obvious that I like him. I mean we flirt a lot. I know we do.” she said out loud as a little kitty cat came out of no where. It was a lost kitten. The kitten was white and gray. ‘Meow’ the kitten cried to her as if she was saying ‘Because you really like him and you don’t want him to think you are fool if he said no.’ She smiled as she picked up the kitten.
She petted the kitten for awhile. She didn’t know who the kitten belong too. She began to look around and couldn’t find anyone who was looking for a lost kitten. She decided at last that she would keep the kitten. “I think I’ll call you Princess Smokey.” she said with a smile as Princess Smokey began to lick her face. She was very happy to have a pet to call her own. Who she could go talk too if she needed to talk to someone really bad. Someone who could keep a secret. And a Kitten could keep a secret since it can’t talk human at all.
She walked back to the castle carrying the kitten in her arms. It was like it was meant for her. That night at dinner an owl came her way. She recognized the owl as one of her parents. She took the letter from the owl and began to read the letter which read:
Dear Destiny,
I hope you got the little white and gray kitten by the lake. We didn’t want to come out of hiding. We knew you were a bit down at school a bit when you had talked to us last. We thought you could use a little campion like a little kitten like her. She is yours to keep. We thought you would like a white and gray kitten. We didn’t name her so you can name her anything you want too. You are our little princess and always will be. We miss you lots and hope to see you again soon. I hope you ain’t having boy trouble at school but if you are we know you are gonna make a good choice on the guy you like to go out with. Sorry but we sort of overheard you saying you don’t have the nerve to tell Eliot how you really feel. So here is our advice. Go up to Eliot and just tell him. Bring up the nerve to say that. As for your sister we don’t know what to say to that. We know that she doesn’t like you much but deep down inside we are very sure she likes you back but doesn’t want to admit it. When you get our owl please send us back a letter.

“Yeah right. Megan likes me deep down inside. She hates me.” she said as she petted the kitten still. She loved her kitten and she knew she did. She was very happy. But none the less she quickly finished her dinner and took the kitten and the owl with her to the dorm and sat down on an over stuffed chair with some parchment and ink. She thought about what she was gonna say and then she knew what she was gonna say.
Dear Mother & Father,
Thank you for the wonderful kitten. I had named her ‘Princess Smokey’ because the gray looks like smoke. She is gorgeous. As for Eliot I do like him a lot and I don’t want him to think I’m an idiot which I’m not. I mean you can’t just go up to a guy and say ‘Hey I like you a lot will you go out with me please?’ and not sound like a dork. Megan would make fun of me if he said ‘no’ I know she would but of course Megan is well a drama queen if you ask me. And I love her but she doesn’t want to do anything with me at all. She thinks just because I was born I had ruined her life of being an only child. Well I am for one glad I was born. Eliot, Trevor, and Liam all say hi to you guys and I miss you lot’s and hope to see you again soon too.

“There you go Terri. Go take this to my parents please. You know where they live since you are theirs.” she said with a smile as she watched the owl flying out the window. As the owl disappeared into the night she sat there wondering if her parents were right. What could happen if she went up to Eliot and just told him that she liked him. What could happen with that. What if he didn’t feel the same about her like she felt like him. The worse he could say was that he didn’t like her that way and only like a friend. She didn’t know what to say at that if he said that. She would sure feel like a dork if he had told her that. After a while she went up to her dorm and went to bed for the night. “Goodnight Princess Smokey.” she told the cat as she laid down and went to sleep.
