Character Name: Isabella Rothschild
Age: 29
Description: Shoulder-length dark hair, piercing blue eyes, sharp features
Profession: Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher/Death Eater
Strengths: smart, cunning, tough
Weaknesses: not very good at hiding her true feelings
Tell a little about your character: Isabella is a secret Death Eater planted at Hogwarts by Voldemort. She grew up in a well-respected pureblood wizard family, where she was spoiled and pampered by her parents. Her father was headmaster at Durmstrang Academy for a while, and her mother was the assistant to the Minister of Magic. She did not attend Hogwarts, but went to Durmstrang. She did not have many friends in school, because of her unfriendly, spoiled attitude. After school, she worked in Knockturn Alley for a while, where she met Lord Voldemort who was then working at Borgin and Burkes. When he left, she stayed, but kept in touch as he began to rise in power. When he went looking for followers, she was all too quick to join. She thinks she is more important than she is, and believes that her assignment of working at Hogwarts is proof of that.
RP Sample: Isabella slipped quietly out of the castle. The moonless sky created an inky blackness that covered the grounds like a blanket. She smiled and began to walk through the blackness of the night. She barely made a sound as she crept across the lawn and over to the Forest. She looked around once more before disappearing into the trees. She picked up her pace as she got deeper into the forest until finally she heard a voice.
"You're late," said the Dark Lord.
"I am sorry, My Lord, Dumbledore suspected something and he delayed me."
"Dumbledore must not suspect, do you understand?" he said harshly. "Be more careful. You know what happens to those who fail me!"
"Yes, my Lord, of course..." Isabella said hurriedly. "I will do what I must to make sure the old fool doesn't have reason to send me away."
"He's not an old fool, and you would be wise to remember that. Do not underestimate him."
"Yes, my Lord."
"Good. Now, what other information do you have for me?"
"There are some new students this year that have signs of being very strong. They are all Gryffindors and they wander around the castle and grounds at night. And there is a Ravenclaw who's been asking some funny questions. Questions about Legilimency and other Dark Magic."
"Well," said the Dark Lord. "Keep an eye on the Gryffindors. I may arrange a little surprise for them. And make sure you deter the Ravenclaw. That one could be trouble."
"Yes, my Lord."
"Well, then, you may go. Hurry before Dumbledore discovers you are missing."
"Yes, my Lord," Isabella said. She bowed to him. "I will do as you ask."
She turned around and crept back through the woods, smiling to herself.
