Personality:For as much as Aline has been through in her life so far, she doesn't show much sadness or pain. She's always laughing and joking with her friends, and is constantly smiling around her brother, who was the only person she had while growing up.
Like everyone else, however, she can get sad and upset about the things that she's been through. If she gets sad enough about her mother, she'll withdraw into herself and the only person able to get her out is her brother.
She's incredibly helpful and loyal to her friends, but she's also slightly judgemental at first glance, so it takes her a while to call someone her friend. She's extremely shy around boys even at this young age, beacause of what her father did to her mother--some of that fear was grained into her head.
History (At least 4 sentences):
Aline doesn't remember her father leaving, but she knows it happened from what her brother told her once. She was only three, and her father didn't like her or Zeke or their mother for being magical. Aline was only three when he left, so she doesn't remember him much, but she does get curious as to who he was.
Two years after their father left, Aline's mother died of what everyone called a "broken heart." Aline was saddned by this deeply, since she only had her mother and her brother. After her mother's death, their grandparents took Aline and Zeke in and helped raise them, but Aline grew closer to her brother than to her grandparents.
She's now a first year at Hogwarts, and she's a little rebellious. She often speaks her mind, even to the older kids, and often finds herself in trouble for it. Her brother is always there for her, and is always willing to help her out and tell her anything she needs to know. Aline is extrememly loyal to the few friends she has--many students are afraid to be around her ifdshe says something mean to an older kid; a lot of first years don't want that kind of trouble.
